Shri Harish Kumar Yadav was born on August 8, 1988, to Shri. Lakshmi Narayana and Smt. Bhagya Lakshmi
                             in Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh. In the interest of social service, inspired from the slogans Help Ever- Hurt Never,
                              Love All_Serve All. Harish began advocating for student-related issues from his school days with the help of NSUI.
                               He graduated with a BSc in Information Technology from Proddatur, Kadapa.
                                Harish's activism extended to community-led initiatives such as blood donation camps, 
                                environmental campaigns (plastic-free campus, zero carbon), and non-violent student activism.
                                 He led street demonstrations against poor infrastructure, student scholarships, human rights violations,
                                  and atrocities against girl
                             students from backward and Dalit communities
                               Harish's dedication to activism during his college years from 2002 to 2009 laid the groundwork for his political career. He was appointed as District Organizing Secretary and later as State Secretary and State Coordinator at the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), promoted by the Indian National Congress Party. 
                                Harish initiated numerous services for students and local communities during his tenure.
  
                                Transitioning from community and student activism to a representative role in the AP Government, Harish's political engineering through strategic community consolidation programs and inductive poll management
                                     extended leadership to the backward classes and the unreached, garnering significant support.
